Rich, all I can say is WOW!!! I am very skeptical about new products since many of the claims turn out to be false. I was pleasantly surprised!!! My "test" vehicle was a black 2009 BMW 750i. The vehicle had some light scratches, swirls and buffer trails. I washed, clayed, re-washed and used the One Step Machine Gloss with a cutting pad (on a PC). Virtually 70-80% of the imperfections disappeared!!! As well, I utilized the Wheel Gel and Tire Gloss to give the tire and wheels and tires a clean and profesional look. Finally, I used the Gloss Enhancer to give it the finishing touch. Rich, I am happy to say that your products 'exceeded' my expectations.

Rich,
Thank you for the incredible work done my black 911. The car looks like it has just come out of the factory...or actually better thanks to your crew and gloss-it products.
When I got home one day after work and my very sweet girlfriend had told me she had my car detailed for me. Immediately a wave of fear came over me. When I went to the garage to see the ‘detail’ work my worst fears were not only fulfilled it was even worse then I could imagine. There were deep swirl marks over the entire vehicle. Every square inch I looked it only appeared to get worse and worse. I turned to my girlfriend and said ‘than you very much Sweetheart...please never do this again.’ Then I was wondering how I would dispose of the body....kidding of course....maybe.
I had known at the time I would be bringing the car to you because of all the previous detailing you had done which had always been perfect. I was concerned that this might be too big of a problem to repair. There was a worry of a new paint job. I think even you were concerned about what was feasible. I know you knew my expectations were high. You did stress a little concern but still tackled the project.
When I received the call from you and you said ‘You are going to like it’ I knew the car had to be back to its proper self. Little did I know the car would actually be flawless. Thank to you and your Gloss-it team for the amazing job. Now the 911 is now safe under a cover. No one else will ever touch this vehicle.
Sincerely,
Herb Brandt

Ive painted and airbrushed for almost 15 years now, and only in the last couple of these have I got into painting automotive based items; starting with helmets, working my way up to golf carts, jet skis, then finally up to full vehicles. On small items I was able to get a pretty smooth clear coat that I was generally happy with, but I would always end up with a bit or orange peel on bigger items (for numerous reasons). When I finally decided to take on wetsanding and polishing to up my painting game, I was directed to 3m products by my current paint supplier at the time. Following the instructions I was given, and my lack of experience,I could not get the results I was after no matter how hard I tried. After searching the net for a while, I stumbled upon a youtube video of this guy taking the sunswirls and rids out of a door on a black car...with what seemed like no effort!! I immediately emailed the company for info on the products and was in turn contacted by Rich who explained everything to me and got me started up.
Anyways, after trying it on my dads car I painted, I was astounded by the results, and excited at the possibilities.
This is when I convinced my boss to bring me his 300c that he drive back and forth to work (64km one way all highway driving) on a regular basis as a test vehicle.
He had brought the car down to Edmonton for a "perma-shine" a term I commonly hear used here, which usually translates to me as "destroy your paint and take your money" job, it pretty much looks like some one took a wool pad to the paint with no product. The sun swirls in this car were unreal, and the camera couldn't really pick it all up even trying to take pics outside.
After following some tips from Rich and watching the excellent instructional videos online, I got out the elbow grease and got working on my first real paint correction. I was amazed with how easy the products were to work with, and how long they lasted on the panels!
Even after just the very first step I had all ready achieved results better than what I ever imagined possible, and what I was able to do with all 3 steps of the 3m products. Every step amazed me even more, I can remember thinking to myself... "there's no way it can get any better than that", until I seen the gloss finish results.
Well my boss came to pick up his car, which he could not believe. He was literally speechless, quite a good feeling I must say. There's nothing I enjoy more than seeing my work bring a smile to someones face. This was last January, and Rich told me the shine would last around 6 months. However, satisfied with the 300 job I did for him, he brought me his truck in the following summer without question. When I was done with it he came to pick it up in the 300 I had done some 8-9 months beforehand, and to my surprise, it still looked like I just finished it last week! While he was checking out his newly polished truck, I was busy looking at the old polishing job I did, and admiring how it held up to constant punishment and the elements for such a long time, yet still retain an amazing shine! The quality of these products is unbelievable, and I look forward to using them from now into the distant future.

I've been detailing cars for many years and have used many different products on my clients vehicles. Without a doubt, Gloss It detail spray has become a staple in my lineup of detail products. It has replaced other detail products due to it's incredible shine and non-streak finish. This product has changed the way I detail cars simplifying the drying and claying process of the vehicle. There aren't many products that have enabled me to do this. Once my clay bar inventory runs out, I plan on trying Gloss it's clay bars as well. Can't wait. Here is a link to a detail I did on my personal vehicle.
